Southwest Medical Examination Services is an organization founded in 1992 to provide the legal, business, and insurance communities direct access to physicians specializing in independent medical examinations and peer reviews.  The company provides management, administration, facilities, training and support services to the physicians who specialize in these reports .

Following our success with independent medical examinations, we were contacted by numerous clients to expand into additional areas of medical cost containment areas.  As a result, we now offer pre-authorization, medical bill review and case management services.
